1st day of training

So I have a 16 week training plan..and today is day #1.  Run 3 miles.  Did it on a treadmill at the gym after I drank way too much coffee, but still got it done.  Note to self, drink coffee..wait longer before running.

  1. A handy lesson for when you do any long runs... Do you have a plan for how you'll train over the 16 weeks?
